pottery I've worked in ceramics over quite a long period but most of the pieces have found their way into other peoples houses. After a bit of a break I got involved again with this lovely tactile activity at the Salisbury Centre in Edinburgh. We spent just a little bit too much time chatting and going to the pub so some of the pieces never got glazed. |

![]() I call this Escher's Egg. I decided to play with some abstract forms to see where they went and this is one of the pieces that emerged.

![]() The racing car. Originally it stood perfectly upright. Then it got knocked off a shelf and landed on the floor. Its new 'dynamic' hard-cornering shape was so appealing I just worked with it.
